Jan Sykes is the President of Information Management Services, Inc. She has over 20 years experience in the information industry and consults on a wide range of information management and knowledge management projects.

Prior to establishing Information Management Services in 1998, Jan was Senior Director of Client Services Consulting for Knight-Ridder Information, Inc., (formerly Dialog Information Services).

Jan partners with individuals from a network of experienced information industry professionals to bring the necessary expertise to consulting assignments.
