Who We Are
 Jan
Sykes is the President of Information Management Services, Inc. She has over
20 years of experience in the information industry. Prior to establishing Information
Management Services, Jan was Senior Director of Client Services Consulting
for Knight-Ridder Information, Inc., (formerly Dialog Information
Services). In that capacity, she
managed account development and instructional development activities. Before
that, Jan was Director of the Midwest sales office for Knight-Ridder
Information. She also worked as a sales manager, sales rep, account
management rep, and trainer.
Early
in her career, she worked in abstracting, indexing, and translating for The
Institute of Paper Chemistry.
Jan
partners with individuals from a network of experienced information industry
professionals to bring the necessary expertise to consulting assignments.
